Hi my name is Kelly!

I'm the founder of Munchies & Morsels Hawaii, a small cookie shop run from my tiny home kitchen in Honolulu, Hawaii. My aim for Munchies and Morsels is to produce gourmet cookies with flavors reminiscent of classic desserts that are reimagined in the form of a cookie.

I discovered a love for baking at a young age. Throughout my life, and especially in college, I survived the stress of tests, projects, and of countless sleepless nights with my main coping mechanism, baking! Did you know STRESSED spelled backwards is DESSERTS? I left Seattle with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Math, and now work on Oahu as an engineer.

Of all baked goods, cookies have a special place in my heart. I am a strong believer that cookies are a perfect vessel, a blank canvas, just waiting to be transformed into anything your mind can conjure up. It is a beautiful science to see how even one ingredient can change the flavor and texture of a cookie. I put my heart and soul into crafting my own cookie recipes with the mission to create a perfect cookie. It's an absolute obsession!
